Who pays

Ladies, when you go out with a man for the first time, who do you think should pay for the outing? should the male pay simply because he's the guy, or should the female pay. Most females would say they think the male should pay for the outing. Well I think we should go "Dutch" (Dutch- you pay for your portion of the bill and I pay for mine). But who cares what I think, what do you think. Let me know.
